You are free to request any kind of pose, expression, or background you'd like. Even the general tone of the image.
I will send progress sketches as I am working, feel free to ask for revisions at this stage. You get additional (minor) revisions afterwards (The color of something, the background etc)

Terms of service
-Payment is upfront or 50/50 if you prefer
-If you'd like a specific size for the piece, please let me know beforehand. (I usually work at 2000x2000 px)
-I am allowed to use your commission piece in future commission examples, or post on social media (unless discussed previously)
-No refunds after commission has been started
-I have the right to decline any offer.
-You are not allowed to reproduce/mint any artwork I make as an NFT.
-Commission or not, I do not consent to any of my artwork being used for AI training.
I do not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.
-complicated character designs are subject to an extra fee - 15% of the original price
-extra characters only cost 80% of the original price rather than the fee of a whole other commission

What clients are allowed to do:
- Use the commission art for personal use with credit.- Repost my art with credit.- Changing the artwork with minor adjustments
with approval and permission.- Claim the right of their characters (OCs, personas, etc.),
but not the artwork itself.
What is considered copyright infringement:
- Using and reproducing my art for commercial use (unless
discussed, or paid for the commercial use license).- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.- Removing any watermarks and signatures.- Altering or tracing over my artwork without approval or permission.- Using my art for promotion without credit or permission to do so without credit.- Using any artwork that i make to train AI art generators.
licenses
With Promotional License
-You may use the commission art for promotional uses & advertising a product, game, or any type of digital media, with or without credit.
-Default copyright and usage policy still applies. You may not claim the artwork as your own, etc etc.Promotional Fee is 50% of the original commission price.
With Commercial rights License
-You may use the commission art for commercial / print on demand / profit purposes, such as stickers, wallpapers, merch, book covers, etc.
-Default copyright and usage policy still applies. You may not claim the artwork as your own, etc etc.Commercial Rights Fee is 300% of the original commission price.
However, a commercial rights royalties contract may be agreed upon instead
if the client prefers, as this may be a more favorable, cost effective solution.
